120W Scroll Saw, 405mm Throat, 550 to 1700rpm, Work Light

A scroll saw cuts the shapes no other saw can follow. Letters for a sign, jigsaw pieces, fretwork panels, toy parts, inlay, the inside of a curve started through a drilled hole. The blade is thin and fine, so it turns a tight radius and leaves an edge that needs almost no cleaning up.

Speed control from 550 to 1 700 strokes a minute is what makes the tool usable across materials. Slow for thin plastic and metal that would melt or burn at speed, fast for plywood and softwood. The table tilts from zero to 45 degrees for angled cuts and bevelled edges, and it takes both plain end and pin end blades, so you are not tied to one supply. A built in light over the table shows the line, which matters on fine work where the blade is small and the pencil mark is finer still. The dust blower keeps the line clear while you cut and there is a port for a vacuum hose. At 12kg on a 415 x 255mm table, it is a benchtop machine for a workshop, a school or a craft business.
