18V Cordless LED Work Light, 900 or 1800 Lumens, Two Levels

When the power goes, or when there was never any power on the site, a work light on a battery is what lets work carry on. Wiring a distribution board in a dark room, working under a vehicle, finishing a ceiling after sunset, lighting a stall at a market, or lighting a compound during an outage. It also earns its place in a house during a long blackout, on a camp site, or after a storm.

Two brightness levels are more useful than one. On 1 800 lumens it lights a whole room or a working area, which is what you want for a job in progress. On 900 lumens it runs longer on the same pack, which is what you want when the light is just standing in a corner keeping a house or a camp usable. The base turns through 360 degrees and the head pivots, so the beam is aimed at the ceiling to bounce a soft light around a room, or straight at the work when detail matters. It runs on 18V lithium-ion packs of XB-1500 or above, charged with the XPP-2700 charger, and weighs 1.5kg with the pack excluded.
