Overview
A hundred metres of 2.0mm line on a donut roll. Two millimetre is the gauge for thick stemmed grass and rough edges, and a hundred metres is the quantity for someone who cuts that kind of ground week in and week out.
Heavy line wears out faster in rough conditions than fine line does on a lawn, simply because rough ground has more in it to wear against: stones, kerbs, fence posts, drain covers, tree roots. Working from a donut changes the arithmetic. You cut what the spool holds, the cost per metre drops, and the store is never empty at the wrong moment. Load it the way the head is marked, and keep the coil tidy so it does not tangle into itself on the shelf. It fits any trimmer rated for 2mm line, which usually means a larger electric machine or a small petrol one.

Questions and answers
Is this the same line as the loops?
Yes, the same 2.0mm gauge. The donut simply holds a hundred metres so you cut what you need instead of opening sealed loops.
Will it fit a petrol trimmer?
If the machine is rated for 2mm line, yes. Larger petrol machines and brush cutters often take 2.4mm instead, so check the handbook.
