Overview

A hand held cutter for concrete, stone and masonry. It is the machine used to cut a slab, open a trench line in a floor, cut paving and kerbs to length, and take a doorway or window opening out of a block wall. On a site it does in minutes what a chisel and hammer will not do straight at all.

A 350mm blade gives 125mm of cutting depth, which is enough for most slabs, kerbs and block walls in one pass from each side. The 2600W motor turns it at 4 000rpm off a 230V supply. It runs wet or dry. Wet cutting feeds water to the blade down a water line, which holds the dust down and takes heat out of the blade, and a diamond blade run wet lasts considerably longer. Dry cutting works through the built in dust port, which pulls the worst of it away when connected to extraction. The blade guard covers a large part of the blade and a protection plate shields the operator from what comes off the cut. It weighs 11.6kg.

Questions and answers

Is a blade included?
The supplier does not state that a blade is supplied, so assume you need to buy a 350mm diamond blade to suit the material you are cutting. Ask us and we will confirm.
Should I cut wet or dry?
Wet where you can. Water holds the dust down, keeps the blade cool and makes a diamond blade last longer. Cut dry only with extraction on the dust port and a mask.
How do I order and receive it?
