Overview

A petrol chainsaw for firewood, felling small trees, cutting poles and clearing after a storm, where there is no power and no reason to drag a cable around.

The primer bulb pushes fuel through before you pull, which is what makes the difference between starting on the second pull and pulling twenty times. The chain brake is inertia activated, so it stops the chain if the bar kicks back rather than waiting for your hand. Chain oil is fed automatically while the saw runs.

What fuel does it use?
Petrol mixed with two stroke oil at 25:1. Never run it on petrol alone.
How thick a log will it cut?
The maximum cutting length is 380mm, so it handles logs up to about that width in one pass. Thicker wood is cut from both sides.
