Compact Tripod Stand, 500mm Max Height, 3 Way Head

A laser is only as steady as what it stands on. Set one on a bucket, a chair or a stack of blocks and the line moves every time somebody walks past. This tripod gives a laser level or a distance measure a firm base that can be set, levelled and left alone while you mark out and drill.

It is made for the LL-650, LDM-500 and DLL-250 and uses the standard quarter inch tripod thread, which is the same fitting most small lasers and cameras use. Three leg sections extend it to 500mm and collapse it to 240mm, so it goes in a tool bag rather than needing its own case. The head is a fluid three way panning type, so you can swing and tilt the instrument smoothly onto the line you want instead of nudging the whole tripod. A built-in bubble level lets you set the base level before you start, and a quick release mount lets you lift the tool off for a handheld reading and drop it straight back on.
